Excel spreadsheet for calculating FRET efficiency from ensemble data (medians or trimmed means of cell or pixel populations), with pre-loaded spectral data for the most commong FRET fluorophores

This excel spreadsheet can be used to easily calculate FRET efficiencies medians or (trimmed) means of cell or pixel populations, when using the intensity based (ratiometric, or, in other nomenclature, the "three-cube" method).
The spreadsheet is pre-loaded with spectral data of the most popular fluorophores and offers the selection of these fluorophores and the applied laser lines from pull-down menus. Then it leads the user through the input of necessary measurement data in logical order, to finally calculate the FRET efficiency.
